SARAH LOWY - CO-FOUNDER/OWNER
With a background in film, marketing, public relations and fine arts, Sarah helped launch the Tennis Channel and coordinated events for the network across the United States; including high profile parties at the U.S. Open. Utilizing her savvy business sense and creative mind, she went on to become a leading Event Producer with Colin Cowie Lifestyle, producing some of the most prestigious events worldwide. Sarah's endearing personality, innovative mind and tireless work ethic consistently deliver personal and unique experiences to each client.
AMANDA MINCE - EVENT PRODUCER/ BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Amanda has over 16-years experience in design, production, management and business development. Amanda started her career in her hometown of New Orleans where she ran client engagement and outreach events for a national law firm focused on corporate defense and entertainment law. Her work with the firm involved producing musical showcases and launch parties for new talent in Los Angeles. She fell in love with the city and eventually moved into full-on event production with the west coast team of Colin Cowie Lifestyle. There she assisted the then lead producers Sarah and Jodi. Under their tutelage she gained experience producing multi-million dollar events and working with high profile clients such as; Oprah, Eddie Murphy, and The Peter Lynch Family. She left Colin Cowie to start her family and to develop Avalon Hollywood in partnership with her husband. Overseeing the special events department she was able to take it from inception to over 500% growth. Clients included: ABC, Capital Records, Disney, Elle Magazine, ESPN, HBO, Fox, Netflix as well as Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Amanda is now thrilled to be reunited with her early mentors Sarah + Jodi, the dream team, at JOWY Productions.
JODI COHEN - CO-FOUNDER/OWNER
Jodi’s extensive career in design, event planning and production includes an 11-year run as the leading producer at Colin Cowie Lifestyle. Prior to launching JOWY Productions, Jodi founded jbstyle, an event production company, growing her business to include some of the following clients: The Atlantis Hotel, Joel Silver (Producer of the “Lethal Weapon” series and “The Matrix”), Warner Bros. and several high-profile, private clients. Cohen’s vast experience has positioned her as one of the most well respected producers in the event planning industry.
CECE COUNTS - ASSOCIATE PRODUCER
CeCe Counts may have started her career in promotions and marketing for a couple of Southern California radio stations but it lead her to the events world that she has resided in for the past 15-years. From working with actor, comedian, and host Steve Harvey, she booked & produced his comedy tour along with some of his special events for years, and later working in TV herself. Working on social and corporate events brings her the most joy as she has her hands in production, design, and florals. Cece has been apart of the JOWY Productions family since 2014. And this family has given her so much growth in expanding all that is possible to make each curated experience unique to their clients.
